20+ years now in medical sales and I love the combination of commerce and patient outcomes.
What career advice would you give to your younger self?
Firstly, I had no idea what I wanted to do when I left school so don’t think you have to know this Even if others have a clear idea. Secondly, a degree is not always required! I started in a nursing degree, but switched out to a diploma in cardiac technology, moved into sales and have had the best career journey. I’ve travelled the world with work, absolutely still made a difference to patients and can’t imagine doing anything else.
