There's so much to love about being a Paramedic. There's a huge level of autonomy whilst also having to work as part of a bigger team. I have the ability to help people when they're totally lost as to what to do or where to find help - which is an insanely rewarding experience. I also get a huge amount of annual leave and cannot take my work home with me.
What career advice would you give to your younger self?
Don't be afraid to change if it's not right! With that in mind, the ups and downs in life make for very fond memories.
